Technocrat-cum-Industrialist and visionary founder of Hindustan Phosphates. A graduate in Engineering from the USA and a Management Post-Graduate, Dr. Badjatiya built HPPL from the ground up into India’s largest phosphate manufacturer with over 30 years of relentless excellence.
A Qualified Manager and Post-Graduate Gold Medalist, Mrs. Badjatiya oversees all production operations at the Pithampur plant. Her leadership ensures the highest standards of pharmaceutical and food-grade manufacturing are consistently maintained.
With a Chemical Engineering degree from the USA and an MBA from IIM Calcutta, Mr. Arpit brings global perspective and analytical rigor to HPPL’s marketing strategy. His guiding principle: “Customer First” — energizing the team to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Drives strategic marketing initiatives and key account management across domestic and international pharma markets. Spearheads business development and builds long-term client relationships.
Manages all export operations and international client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of HPPL products to 30+ countries. The bridge between manufacturing excellence and global markets.
